Terms of trade

The basic conditions of administrating our services are following the amended by Act no. 513/1991 Sb., commercial code, in the way later formula.
All personal dates will be disposed as amended in Act no. 101/2000 Sb., about support of personal dates, in the way later formula.

Contractual Relations

Contractual relation is between orderer – person who, according to these Terms of trade, subjects to contractor’s order, and contractor – company ABC Korektury, Bc.Zuzana Vyskočilová, ID 74909371, Libišanská 546, Praha Vinoř 19017.(contact)

The subjects of contractual relations are language text correction, copywriting, creating slogans, company names, publicity watchwords, translation and another services listed on a web sites (services) of contractor.

Orders

An order is a written application arranging workmanship language services which is sent to the contractor in e-mail through orders form (order). An order includes demanded service, contact dates and also the text intended for correction or others materials – according to selected service. After accord, it‘s possible to send materials through post or hand them in person. Based on written order which was accepted by both sides, a contractual relationship, between who’s order and contractor, originates; respectively without signing the contract.

Payment and delivery

Prices of services are contracted and accord to the price list on the web site of contractor. Time of order’s delivery is a bilateral arrangement of the orderer and the contractor. Passing a faithful order, the orderer is agreeing with the price and terms of delivery. The completed, ready order will be sent to the orderer in term. Then the orderer controls it and confirms its acceptance to the contractor. Consequently the contractor issues an invoice and sends it to the orderer. The bill is due in 14 days.

Complaint

In the case that the orderer finds overlooked mistakes in corrected text, the contractor repays the rate for the whole page, in which the mistake was found. The complaints are accepted just in 7 days since delivering the order.
